SiT9397 Overview
The SiT9397 is an AEC-Q100 qualified, ultra-low jitter differential oscillator engineered for automotive applications. It delivers the most stable timing under environmental stressors such as shock, vibration, high heat, rapid thermal transients and power supply noise. The SiT9397 can be factory programmed for specific binations of frequency, stability, output signaling, voltage, and output enable functionality.
