82S23 Overview
The 82S23 (Open Collector Outputs) and the 82S123 (Tri-State Outputs) are Bipolar 256-Bit Read Only Memories, organized as 32 words by 8 bits per word. They are Field-Programmable~ which means that custom patterns are immediately available by following the fusing procedure given in th is data sheet. The standard 82S23 and 82S 123 devices are supplied with all outputs at logical "0".
