Description

SC51D01Fxx series is mainly used in remote controls with learning function.

It is based on Silan’s S51 8-bit MCU compliance with standard MCS-51 instructions and has built-in large FLASH program memory, infrared signal amplifier, and code sampling/transmitting modules.

Features

Compliance with standard MCS-51 instructions.
Built-in 16K/32K/64K bytes FLASH program memory(can also used as data memory).
Built-in 4K bytes XRAM.
