Description
SC51P03E02 is a SC51 core based 3V I/O type low power consumption 8-bit MCU with 2K-byte OTP and 128-byte RAM. It features 1.8V~3.6V supply voltage range, ultra-low Stop current, and low operating current under low frequency, which is designed for the battery-powered systems.
