SA89550 Description
The SA89550 is a high precision, micro power, low temperature drift shunt voltage reference. The utilization of package level trim technology enables the achievement of better than ±0.1% initial accuracy at 25°C. The device does not require an output capacitor to be stable but tolerates capacitive loads.
