Silergy SQ76825B
The SQ76825B and SQ76825D belong to the same series of high efficiency 1.5MHz synchronous stepdown DC/DC converter modules, which have the capability of delivering up to 6A output current. They can operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V and integrate main and synchronous MOSFETs with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss.
