SY20268
Overview
The SY20268 is a high efficiency 1MHz synchronous stepdown DC/DC regulator capable of delivering up to 6A output current. The SY20268 operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V and integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
