General Description

The SY20743/B/C is a fully-integrated switching battery charger with system power path management device for single cell Li-Ion and Li-polymer batteries in a wide range of tablets and other portable devices.

The device also integrates a thermal regulation loop, and thermal shutdown comparator to prevent overheating. The low on-resistance of the main switch, synchronous rectifier switches and BATFET helps improving the switching conversion efficiency, shortening the charge cycle, and prolonging the battery life. The integrated I2C serial interface enables the host to configure the device for different applications.
