GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Active high or low polarity options for enabling the part are available for flexibility. The SY20808C20/D20 incorporates soft-start, overtemperature protection and reverse blocking functions. The OCB open-drain fault indicator can be used to signal the event to a system host. The device is available in a standard SOT23-5 package.FEATURES
