General Description

The SY20819E is an 18V, 5A protection switch with output voltage clamping.

Extremely low RDS(ON) of the integrated protection N-channel MOSFETs helps to reduce the power loss during normal operation.

The programmable soft-start time controls the slew rate of the output voltage during the start-up time.
