SY21164
Description
The SY21164 is a high efficiency 500kHz/ 750kHz/ 1MHz/1.25MHz selectable switching frequency, synchronous step down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering 12A continuous and 15A peak (duration<100μs) output current. The SY21164 operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.85V to 18V and integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS (ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
