The SY21225 is a high efficiency synchronous boost regulator with programmable output current limit.

The device uses adaptive constant off time and current mode control.

The integrated low RDS(ON) switches minimize the conduction loss.

cycle-by-cycle peak current limit, output short circuit protection and true shutdown. The device also provides enable control and a power good indicator which can be used for system power sequencing. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor sizes can be achieved with a resistor programmable pseudo-constant frequency. The SY21225 is available in a 4 mm x 4mm QFN package.
