SY26024 Overview
The SY26024 is a high-efficiency 2.2MHz synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering up to 4A output current. It operates over an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, and integrates very low RDS (ON) main and synchronous switches to minimize conduction loss. The SY26024 is available in a space-saving, lowprofile DFN1.5mm×1.5mm-6 package.
