High Efficiency, 2.0MHz, 4A Synchronous Step Down Regulator General Description The SY26103 is a high efficiency 2.0MHz synchronous step down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering up to 4A output currents. It can operate over a wide input voltage range from 5.2V to 18V and integrate main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS (ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
