SY26170
Description
The SY26170 and SY26171 are high efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulators that feature internal power and synchronous rectifier switches, and are capable of delivering 20A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 16V. The output voltage is adjustable: SY26170 from 0.9V to 5.5V and SY26171 from 0.6V to 5.5V.
