High-efficiency and High-current Synchronous Buck Controller General Description The SY26613 is a high-efficiency and high-current synchronous Buck controller for DrMOS. The device adopts the instant PWM architecture to achieve fast transient responses. Besides, the SY26613 includes a 5V linear regulator, which can provide 5V voltage and supply up to 100mA for DrMOS. The SY26613 includes power good indication, programmable soft-start, programmable switching frequency, output over-voltage protection (OVP), output under-voltage protection (UVP), current Limit and thermal shutdown functions. The SY26613 is in a space saving, low profile QFN33-16 package.
