Single 4A, Ultra Low Loss Load Switch General Description The SY6821A is a single 4A load switch, 2.5V-5.5V VBIAS with internal charge pump. It develops an ultralow RDS(ON) load switch for power distribution in puter systems. Ultra low power loss and tiny DFN1.5×1.5-6 patible package achieves small solution size.
