Applications Note: AN_SY8063 High Efficiency 1 MHz, 3.5A Synchronous Step Down Regulator Preliminary Specification General Description Features The SY8063 is a high-efficiency 1 MHz synchronous step-down DC-DC regulator IC capable of delivering up to 3.5A output current. The SY8063 operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V and integrate main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
