SCT2130 Description
The SCT2130 is a monolithic, step-down switchmode converter with built-in internal 25mΩ High-Side and 20mΩ Low-Side Power MOSFETs. The device achieves 3A of continuous output current from a 2.8V to 6V input voltage range, with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be regulated to as low as 0.6V.
