SS7646 Description
The SS7646 touch-screen controller IC is an advanced version of the previous controller, the SS7643. The SS7646 is a 12-biit SAR analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with SPI serial interface and low-on resistance drivers for 4-wire resistive touch screens. The SS7646 is fully pin-patible with the SS7643.
