SD5200 is D-MOS FET quad analog switch arrays and driver manufactured by Siliconix.
DESCRIPTION
The SILICONIX D-MOS SD5200 monolithic arrays of silicon. insulated-gate, field-effect transistors using the N-channel enchancement mode technology.
This device is designed to handle a wide variety of driver applications. The SD5200 is intended for use as a 30V driver to plement the other switch products.
