SLM346 Overview
Description
The SLM346 is an opto-compatible, single channel, isolated gate driver for IGBTs, MOSFETs with 2.5A source and 2.5A sink peak output current and 5kVRMS reinforced isolation rating. SLM346 can drive both low side and high side power FETs.
