General Description

The SLM7888 is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with three independent high- and low-side referenced output channels for 3phase applications.

Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction.

The logic inputs are patible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3 V logic.

  • Cross-conduction prevention logic with Typ. 270ns dead time.
  • Available in SOP20W and TSSOP20 packages SLM7888.
