SiLM5150S Description
The SiLM5150S is a galvanic isolated high speed controller area network (CAN) transceiver that meets the physical layer requirements of the ISO 118982:2016 high speed CAN specification. The SiLM5150S transceiver supports both classical CAN and CAN FD (Flexible Data Rate) networks up to 5 megabits per second (Mbps).
