  • Unlimited READ, WRITE and RECALL Cycles.
  • 5mA Typical ICC at 200ns Cycle Time.
  • 1,000,000 STORE Cycles to QuantumTrap™.
  • 100-Year Data Retention to QuantumTrap™.
