SH67L19 Overview
The SH67L19 is a single chip micro-controller integrated with 4K mask ROM, SRAM, timer, PSG, alarm, RFC, EL-light, LCD driver, I/O ports. This chip builds in a dual-oscillator to enhance the total chip performance. V DD SEG13 Block Diagram.
