This device integrates a SH6610D CPU core, RAM, ROM, timer, LCD/LED driver, I/O ports, watchdog timer, 10 channels 10-bit resolution ADC, low voltage reset, automatic key scan, PLL and Zero Cross Detect function. The SH69P55A/69K55A is suitable for washing machine and micro-wave oven etc.
