SP514 Description
The SP514 is a single chip devices that supports eight (8) physical serial interface standards for Wide Area Network connectivity. The product is fabricated using a low power BiCMOS process technology, and incorporates a Sipex patented (5,306,954) charge pump allowing +5V only operation. The SP514 is 100% patible with the SP504 multi-protocol serial transceiver IC.
