SPX2969 Description
Sipex’s SPX2969 is a low dropout linear regulator with integrated PNP pass transistor. The part is designed for automotive environment, and thus can withstand up to 45V and 125°C temperature range. The output voltage is set at a fixed 5V, and the part is guaranteed to deliver at least 150mA.
