SGA-2186Z Pb RoHS pliant & Green Package The SGA-2186 is a high performance SiGe HBT MMIC Amplifier. A Darlington configuration featuring 1 micron emitters provides high DC-5000 MHz, Cascadable FT and excellent thermal perfomance. The heterojunction in- SiGe HBT MMIC Amplifier creases breakdown voltage and minimizes leakage current be- tween junctions.
