ST7625 Description
INTRODUCTION ST7625 65K Color Dot Matrix LCD Controller/Driver The ST7625 is a driver & controller LSI for 65K color graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display systems. It generates 306 Segment and 96 mon driver circuits. This chip is connected directly to a microprocessor, accepts Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or 8-bit/16-bit parallel display data and stores in an on-chip display data RAM.
