ST7637 Description
INTRODUCTION ST7637 65K 132x132 Color Dot Matrix LCD Controller/Driver The ST7637 is a driver & controller LSI for 65K color graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display systems. It generates 396 Segment and 132 mon driver circuits. This chip is connected directly to a microprocessor, accepts Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or 8-bit/16-bit parallel display data and stores in an on-chip display data RAM.
