General Description

The ST8009 is a 96-output segment/mon driver IC suitable for driving small/medium scale dot matrix LCD panels, and is used in PDA or electronic dictionary.

The ST8009 is good as a segment driver, a mon driver or a mon/segment driver, and it can create low power consumption, high-resolution LCD.

The ST8009 have eight modes can selected to set mon and segment numbers by selecting register.
