ST Sitronix ST7045 1. INTRODUCTION 1 x 320 Dot Palette LCD Controller/Driver The ST7045 is a palette driver & controller LSI for graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display systems. It contains 320 segment and 1 common driver circuits. This chip is connected directly to a microprocessor, accepts 4-line/3-line serial peripheral interface (SPI) and 8080 parallel interface, display data can stores in an on-chip display data RAM of 1 x 320 x 3bits. It performs display data RAM read/write operation with no external operating clock to minimize power consumption. In addition, It also can produce LEDR, LEDG, LEDB control signals to generator RGB LED backlight system if necessary. 2.
