ST7598 Description
ST Sitronix ST7598 344 x 88 Dot Matrix LCD Controller/Driver INTRODUCTION ST7598 is a single-chip LSI for graphic dot-matrix LCD systems. It incorporates power system, LCD controller and drivers for mon/segment outputs. ST7598 can be connected directly to a microprocessor with 8-bit parallel interface or 4-line serial interface (SPI-4) or 3-line serial interface (SPI-3).
