The SKY12334-362LF is a GaAs FET IC 5-bit digital attenuator with a Si serial-to-parallel driver packaged in a 24-pin leadless exposed pad plastic package. It is particularly well suited for applications in which high attenuation accuracy, low insertion loss, and low intermodulation products are required.
