General Description

The SKY13354-368LF is a pHEMT GaAs dual single-pole, doublethrow (SPDT) crossed switch designed for cellular infrastructure band switching applications.

The internal crossed switch arrangement is designed to switch balanced RF filters.

  • Positive voltage control: 1.6 V to 5.0 V.
