SKY13354-368LF Description
The SKY13354-368LF is a pHEMT GaAs dual single-pole, doublethrow (SPDT) crossed switch designed for cellular infrastructure band switching applications. The internal crossed switch arrangement is designed to switch balanced RF filters. Switching is controlled by two control voltage inputs (V1 and V2).
