SKY13395-397LF Description
The SKY13395-397LF is a GaAs pHEMT double-pole, doublethrow (DPDT) switch. The switch provides high linearity performance, low insertion loss, and high isolation. Switching is controlled by two voltage inputs (CTRL1 and CTRL2).
