General Description

The SKY13421-486LF is a pHEMT GaAs Double-Pole, DoubleThrow (DPxDT) switch designed for cellular infrastructure band switching applications.

This device is a paired DPDT switch, controlled synchronously, that includes two Single-Pole, DoubleThrow (SPDT) switches with RF lines that cross inside the chip.

Low phase error: 6 degrees typical @ 2 GHz.
