Description

The SKY13445-368LF is a pHEMT GaAs switch.

The device includes a single-pole, triple-throw (SP3T) switch for 2 GHz WLAN transmit, receive, and Bluetooth functions, and a single-pole, double-throw (SP2T) switch for 5 GHz transmit and receive functions.

Features

  • TX2.
  • SP3T (2 GHz) and SP2T (5 GHz) switches with Bluetooth® RX2 capability BT.
  • Positive voltage control: 2.7 to 3.6 V.
  • IP0.5dB: +29.5 dBm typical @ 2.5 GHz and 3 V.
  • Small QFN (12-pin, 2 x 2 mm) package (MSL1, 260 C per JEDEC J-STD-020) VC1 VC2 VC3 VC4 VC5 ANT2 S3392 Skyworks Green™ products are compliant with all applicable legislation and are halogen-free.
