Skyworks SKY65008 is a high performance, ultra-wideband power amplifier driver with superior output power, linearity, low current consumption, and efficiency.

Features

Wideband frequency range: 250 to 2700 MHz.
High efficiency: PAE 48%.
High gain: 18 dB.
Single DC supply, +3 V.
