Description
The SKY65174-11 is a highly integrated Power Amplifier Module (PAM) intended for high performance Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) requiring up to +27 d Bm linear output power. The PAM is packaged in a 10-pin, 4 x 4 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) together with power detector, biasing, and input/output matching ponents. This provides a high performance, highly integrated solution with minimal external ponents. Figure 1 shows a functional block diagram for the SKY65174-11.
