A SiGe Bipolar Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (BiCMOS) process is used to offer excellent linearity, noise floor, and carrier suppression performance. The device package and pinout for the 16-pin RF Land Grid Array (RFLGA) are shown in Figure 1.
