PRODUCT SUMMARY SKY77753 Power Amplifier Module for Penta-Band FDD LTE / TD-SCDMA / TDD LTE - Bands 7, 34, 38, 39, 40, 41 Applications - FDD LTE Band 7 - TDD LTE Bands 38, 39, 40, 41 - TD-SCDMA Bands 34, 39, 40 Description The SKY77753 Power Amplifier Module (PAM) is a fully matched, 26-pad surface mount (SMT) module developed for FDD LTE, TD-SCDMA, and TDD LTE applications. This small and efficient FDD LTE/ TD-SCDMA/ TDD LTE PAM integrates three power amplifier Tx paths, input and output matching, input switching for bands 34 and 39, output switching for bands 38, 40, and 41, and daisy-chained directional couplers in a single 5.0 mm x 3.5 mm x 0.9 mm package. SKY77753 meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of FDD LTE/ TD-SCDMA/ TDD LTE modulations with high power-added efficiency for power output to 28 d Bm.
