Description
Skyworks SKY73092-459LF51 is an integrated quadrature modulator for the upconversion of plex modulated baseband/IF signals directly up to RF. The device is designed for use in the 400 to 6000 MHz range. The high linearity, and excellent I/Q phase accuracy and amplitude balance of the SKY73092-459LF51 make it ideal for use in high performance munication systems.
The modulator accepts two differential baseband inputs and a single-ended Local Oscillator (LO), and generates a single-ended RF output.
