General Description

The SMV123x series of silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes are designed for use in Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) with a low tuning voltage operation.

The low resistance of these varactors makes them appropriate for high-Q resonators in wireless system VCOs to frequencies over 10 GHz.
