The Si858x products are devices that combine robust, fully compliant RS-485 transceivers with signal  isolation.

  • Signaling rates of up to 10 Mbps.
  • HBM 15 kV bus pin ESD ratings.

  • 7 V to +12 V.
  • Bus fault protection: ±30 V.
  • Thermal shutdown protection.
  • VDD1: 3.0 V to 5.5 V.
  • VDD2: 3.3 V or 5.0 V options.
  • 17 ns typical driver propagation delay.
