SMA4124
SMA4124 is Solid State Relay manufactured by Solid State Optronic.
Description
The SMA4124 is a single-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid state relay. The circuit is posed of an infra-red LED on the input side optically coupled to a Photo Diode Array which drives back-to-back high voltage enhancement type DMOS transistors on the output. The SMA4124 has a high blocking voltage (600V) and is rated for a continuous load current of 1A. The bination of high blocking voltage, high load current, and small form factor make the SMA4124 ideal for electromechanical and reed relay replacement.
The SMA4124 es standard in a 4 pin SIP package.
