Description
The CXP974F096 is a CMOS 16-bit microputer integrating on a single chip an A/D converter, serial interface, I2C bus interface, timer, PWM output circuit, programmable pattern generator, remote control receive circuit, parallel interface, FLASH ROM interface, and as well as basic configurations like a 16-bit CPU, FLASH EEPROM, RAM, and I/O port.
