SPC122A Overview
Description
The SPC122A is a CPU based two-channel speech/melody synthesizer including CMOS 8-bit microprocessor with 69 instructions, 128K-bytes of Flash ROM for speech and melody data (Speech is compressed by a 4-bit ADPCM with approx. 36 sec speech duration @ 7KHz sampling rate) and 128-byte working SRAM.
